Welcome to Neon Quizz. By downloading, installing, or using the Neon Quizz application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Neon Quizz is a free-to-play real-time multiplayer quiz game. The App provides a limited number of free games per day, with the option to earn additional plays by watching advertisements.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created automatically using your device identifier. You may choose a username, which must comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to modify or delete usernames that are offensive, misleading, or violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames
  • Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or other players' experience
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and code in the App are the property of Neon Quizz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads are a core part of the free service. Ad frequency and format may change at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccurate quiz content.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, game history, and statistics. This action is irreversible.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
